Clinician at Sound works with a variety of clients with behavioral health disorders and assist them in becoming as healthy and engaged as possible in the community, using recovery language and principles.
We are looking for a CFS Clinician for our Redmond office. This caring and patient clinician is responsible for providing assessment, direct clinical intervention, and supportive consultation to child, adolescent, and adult family members presenting with a wide variety of emotional, behavioral and co-occurring disorders. Delivery of therapeutic services in the office, school, and community, to child, adolescent, and adult family members will be emphasized, including ongoing consultation and collaboration with collateral agencies (schools, agencies, caseworkers, etc.). The team member in this Job will be required to work with the Division of Child and Family Services (DCFS), education (school), inpatient facilities, mental health residential facilities, and other systems of care in developing holistic, strength based, recovery oriented therapeutic plans to maintain children and adolescents with significant mental health problems in the community.

This position will report directly to our Regional Director as well as work with management across the agency, community partners and other relevant stakeholders. We are looking for someone who has a passion and ethusasim for Sound's mission and vision, with a emphasis in teamwork, trust, professionalism, efficiency, and customer service. This position will also need to recruit, hire and train team members critical to the delivery of client care and good outcomes.

We are looking for an amazing WISe Family Care Coordinator for our Lake City Way office who will act as a skill builder to teach and generalize needed skills that have been identified in the in the youth and family’s care plan. They will also provide case coordination and youth and family focused support to enrolled high-risk children/ youth and their caregivers in their homes and community using a wraparound model. Services and individualized safety principles promoted and taught in this position will assist family members in accessing and participating in community activities and resources, and mentoring and coaching positive communication, social, and parenting skills throughout the wraparound process. They will support the WISe team including our clinicians by providing coordinated behavioral health services. Hours are flexibly scheduled and based on family need.

Sound is looking for two (2) Residential Clinicians to be a part of the Parks Place team. This role will be responsible for providing therapeutic interventions for all residents of the residential program, including but not limited to treatment planning, goal setting, reviews of progress, clinical documenting and monitoring a caseload of up to 32 residents. The incumbents will work collaboratively with the Keystone Case Managers to provide daily services incorporating recovery principles, supporting clients in their ability to live, work and contribute to their community.

The Supportive Housing Clinician/Case Manager works with adult clients who have a mental illness/chemical dependency and assists them in becoming as independent as possible in the community. The clients are involved in multiple systems and through the provision of a full range of case management services, supportive housing and service coordination, the Clinician/Case Manager assists clients in on-site setting and assists them in attaining short and long term goals. This role will work closely with Housing First.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintenance and repair activities for the organization’s facilities and offices. Assists the Operations Manager in daily operations and completion of work orders and projects. Coordinates preventive maintenance tasks and out-sourced services related to Sound facilities. Performs all job duties in accordance with OSHA and company-designated safety and health regulations.
The Expanded Community Services (ECS) program is a community-based team that works with clients placed in Adult Family Homes (AFHs) throughout the community.
Clients have both behavioral and medical issues with a history of lost placements. Clinicians are assigned to a region so that they are able to devote their time to working with clients and the AFH staff in a particular area. Clinicians on this team are in the community much of the time, setting their own daily schedules and agendas.
In addition to working with individual clients there are also many opportunities to collaborate with facility staff, other providers, programs, systems and collaterals. Each ECS client has a state social worker who works in tandem with us.
This program has an excellent success rate with the overall goal of helping our clients be successful in their placements and within their communities. We do this by connecting with our clients and their staff, helping to develop useful plans and tools that the client and staff can utilize to work together and promote a healthy, stable environment.

The Team Member in this position provides mental health evaluation and treatment to Deaf and hard of hearing individuals of all ages. This position requires that culturally aware clinicians are fluent along the sign language continuum, and maintain liaison with other human service agencies in the Deaf Community.
