The Expanded Community Services (ECS) program is a community-based team that works with clients placed in Adult Family Homes (AFHs) throughout the community. Clients have both behavioral and medical issues with a history of lost placements. Clinicians are assigned to a region so that they are able to devote their time to working with clients and the AFH staff in a particular area. Clinicians on this team are in the community much of the time, setting their own daily schedules and agendas.
