The Supervisor, BHT provides operational and staff supervision for a Mental Health Residential Treatment Program. This position is responsible for overseeing program operations and supervising Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) who provide day-to-day residential support to individuals receiving treatment.
This role is responsible for ensuring continuity of operations and staff coverage across a 24-hour residential setting, including coordination and oversight across shifts and participation in organizational meetings, trainings, and leadership activities that may occur during daytime hours, regardless of assigned shift. The position requires flexible scheduling, including crossover hours (e.g., 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.), to support effective communication, supervision, and operational consistency across the program.
Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) are direct care staff who support individuals in activities of daily living, engagement in treatment and recovery-oriented activities, and maintenance of a safe, structured residential environment. At Sound, BHTs typically hold credentials such as Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) and function in non-clinical roles.

All Team Members at Sound working 40 hours per week will be eligible for the following benefits:
Compensation range: $81,120.00 - $86,190.00
