Sound is growing and we are hiring a family care coordinator in Bellevue, WA! Sound is one of King County’s most comprehensive providers of quality mental health and addiction treatment services, supporting our area’s most vulnerable populations. A central tenet of our work is Reaching Recovery, an evidence-based clinical care model.
We are welcoming a WISe family care coordinator to our Bellevue team who will act as a skill builder to teach needed skills that have been identified in the in the youth and family’s care plan. They will also provide case coordination and youth and family-focused support to enrolled high-risk children/youth and their caregivers in their homes and community using a wraparound model.
Services and individualized safety principles promoted and taught in this position will assist family members in accessing and participating in community activities and resources, and mentoring and coaching positive communication, social, and parenting skills throughout the wraparound process. This person will support the WISe team including our clinicians by providing coordinated behavioral health services.
Hours may be flexible based on the needs of the families we support.

All Team Members at Sound working 40 hours per week will be eligible for the following benefits:
