Sound is growing and we are hiring a property monitor to our growing team! Sound is one of King County’s most comprehensive providers of quality mental health and addiction treatment services, supporting our area’s most vulnerable populations. A central tenet of our work is Reaching Recovery, an evidence-based clinical care model.
Our resident support staff team members are responsible for overnight and/or weekend monitoring of the facility for safety and security concerns, and providing non-clinical program support services for the residents. This is not a clinical position.
Support staff provide information to facility management and other team members about observed resident activities that may potentially have a detrimental impact on safety and security.
Schedule: 8:00pm-4:00am,Wednesday through Sunday.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to use
hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The team
member frequently is required to stand and sit. The team member is occasionally
required to walk. The team member must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds or
more with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision,
distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust
focus.

All Team Members at Sound working 40 hours per week will be eligible for the following benefits:
Compensation range: $24.98-$26.26 per hour. Plus an additional $1.50 per hour for an overnight shift differential.
