Collaboration with community partners will be essential to enrich service delivery and improve outcomes, making your role critical in fostering strong community ties and enhancing the overall effectiveness of our crisis interventions.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, and experience in mental health services and crisis intervention. You must demonstrate robust leadership capabilities, have a flexible schedule to oversee varied operations, and possess a deep commitment to promoting culturally competent, trauma-informed care. GENERAL SUMMARY
The Supervisor is responsible for clinical and administrative supervision of the program, under the direction of the Program Manager. Provides clinical supervision to team members and interns. Provides direct comprehensive services to organization clients and contracted organizations. The Supervisor assists clients and team members in addressing and stabilizing situations involving behavioral health disorders, through the provision of a full range of clinical services. The Supervisor also serves as a resource for, and provides leadership to, other team members.

Compensation: $88,920 - $96,167 annually
