The Mobile Crisis Supervisor leads the charge, where every day presents a new opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. In this vital supervisory role, you will oversee the operations of our Mobile Rapid Response Crisis Teams (MRRCT), ensuring smooth and effective delivery of immediate support and interventions. Your expertise will guide a team of dedicated professionals as they navigate complex crisis situations, offering assessment, support, and direct interventions under your supervision.
Your role is pivotal in coordinating crisis response efforts in partnership with emergency responders, developing and refining intervention strategies, and maintaining high standards of care. You'll provide direct supervision, mentorship, and professional development to your team, enhancing their ability to perform under pressure and deliver care with empathy and precision. Collaboration with community partners will be essential to enrich service delivery and improve outcomes, making your role critical in fostering strong community ties and enhancing the overall effectiveness of our crisis interventions.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, and experience in mental health services and crisis intervention. You must demonstrate robust leadership capabilities, have a flexible schedule to oversee varied operations, and possess a deep commitment to promoting culturally competent, trauma-informed care. All Team Members at Sound working 40 hours per week will be eligible for the following benefits:
Compensation: $90,000 - 95,000 annually
