SOUND Behavioral Health is growing, and we are welcoming a swing shift residential supervisor to our team at Keystone in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle!
Sound is one of King County’s most comprehensive providers of quality mental health and addiction treatment services, supporting our area’s most vulnerable populations. A central tenet of our work is Reaching Recovery, an evidence-based clinical care model.
The residential supervisor is responsible for the clinical and administrative supervision of the residential program under the direction of the senior residential supervisor and program manager. Provides clinical supervision to team members and interns. Provides direct comprehensive services to organization clients and contracted organizations. The supervisor also serves as a resource for and provides leadership to other team members.
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
To successfully perform the essential duties of this position, an individual must be able to sit at a desk for six or more hours a day and use office equipment, including phones and computer keyboards, for six or more hours per day. Individuals must be able to engage vendors, team members, clients, and others over the phone and in-person by voice. Regular attendance is an essential function of the position. All Team Members at Sound working 40 hours per week will be eligible for the following benefits:
Compensation: $77,968.80 - $96,096 per year.
