Grow your career at SOUND
Sound Behavioral Health is growing and we are hiring a behavioral health outreach program supervisor in Seattle, WA! Sound is one of King County’s most comprehensive providers of quality mental health and addiction treatment services, supporting our area’s most vulnerable populations. A central tenet of our work is Reaching Recovery, an evidence-based clinical care model.
Sound team members are focused on demonstrating compassion, patience, and understanding when treating clients. We believe in and advocate for Diversity, Equity, Justice, and Inclusion for our team and clients.
The Supervisor is responsible for clinical and administrative supervision of the program, under the direction of the Program Manager. Provides clinical supervision to team members and interns. Provides direct comprehensive services to organization clients and contracted organizations. The Supervisor assists clients and team members in addressing and stabilizing situations involving behavioral health disorders, through the provision of a full range of clinical services. The Supervisor also serves as a resource for, and provides leadership to, other team members.
As the program is project-based, we can engage clients outside of a fee-for-service model, but work diligently to connect individuals to long-term supports or providers when appropriate. Read more about the program here.
