The Director of People & Labor Relations provides direct oversight of the people operations functions of the organization. The position works directly with the Chief People and Diversity/Inclusion Officer to support the organization’s overall people strategy and Labor Relations.
As our Director of People & Labor Relations, you'll be the champion of our people, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and growth. You'll navigate complex labor issues with empathy and expertise, always keeping our mission front and center.
This position has the option of flexible remote work but requires living within Seattle, WA.

Compensation: $115,000 to $150,000 annually
