Sound Behavioral Health is growing and we are hiring on-call licensed practical nurses in Auburn, WA! Sound is one of King County’s most comprehensive providers of quality mental health and addiction treatment services, supporting our area’s most vulnerable populations. The LPN participates in a multi-disciplinary team and will be primarily responsible for assessing and delivering quality nursing care in residential and/or outpatient settings. Evaluate clients' health care needs, monitor and/or administer medications, coordinate and track medical issues for clients, and refer/accompany clients to appropriate medical resources within and outside the organization. May provide active outreach to the client's place of residence.
On-call shifts available: 6:00am-6:30pm OR 6:00pm-6:30am.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The team member frequently is required to stand and sit. The team member is occasionally required to walk. The team member must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds or more with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
