We are looking for a self-starting, caring and amazing Behavioral Health Outreach Clinician to work with a variety of clients with behavioral health disorders and assists them in becoming as healthy and engaged as possible in the community, using recovery language and principles. This position assists individuals in public housing to address impairment related to behavioral health, health conditions, psychosocial need and/or housing barriers, and identifies resources and connects clients with behavioral health and other services.

Clinicians working in the BEHAVIORAL HEALTH OUTREACH PROGRAM excel at coordinating with external colleagues in a highly professional manner, have the opportunity to work in a self-directed capacity in the community for much of the week, and utilize a range of brief interventions and therapeutic clinical skills. As the program is project-based, we are able to engage clients outside of a fee-for-service model, but work diligently to connect individuals to long-term supports or providers when appropriate.
