The IT Infrastructure Engineer performs ongoing activities to maintain and enhance infrastructure technologies utilized by the organization. The Engineer serves as an escalation point to our Service Desk Tier I team. This is an on-site position in Tukwila, WA.

Works collaboratively with the Technology Support Team Project Leads. It requires the team member to demonstrate strong competency and exemplary trustworthiness to Sound supervisory and line team members throughout all departments of the company daily.

To successfully perform the essential duties of this position, an individual must be able to sit at a desk for four or more hours a day, and use office equipment, including phones and computer keyboards, for four or more hours per day. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, bend and move computer equipment. Individuals must be able to engage team members over the phone and in-person by voice. All Team Members at Sound working 40 hours per week will be eligible for the following benefits:
Pay Range : $90,000 - 120,000 per year
